We are seeking an experienced Assistant Engineering Manager to coach and develop our Millwork Engineering team while ensuring the delivery of high-quality, production-ready drawings and technical documentation. This role is responsible for department growth and structure, team leadership, workflow management, quality control, KPI development, and continuous process improvement. Working closely with Project Managers, Production, and Leadership, the Assistant Engineering Manager will provide technical guidance, resolve design and manufacturing challenges, ensure compliance with AWMAC and AWI standards, and support recruitment, training, and employee development. The ideal candidate brings strong AutoCAD and millwork expertise, proven leadership experience, and a passion for quality, collaboration, and operational excellence.
