Preferred Qualifications
3+ years in a management role, with direct and indirect reports
1+ years of experience in a high volume distribution center
Exposure to Six Sigma or other process improvement methodologies.
Strong history of driving culture and employee engagement while driving performance.
Administration Experience (Workday/Kronos)
