You'll be responsible for managing staff, ensuring quality resident-centered care, and championing best practices. Key Responsibilities:
• Guide values-based leadership methods aligned with Park Place’s mission
• Evaluate clinical care to drive continuous quality improvements
• Manage interdisciplinary programs focused on resident wellbeing
• Support consistent care documentation and communication
• Coordinate with various health professionals to ensure seamless care
Requirements:
• Bachelor of Science in Nursing required
