Assistant Director Electrical Estimation

Reporting to the Electrical Director, the Assistant Director - Electrical Estimation plays a strategic role in the preparation, coordination, and review of electrical estimates for wind and solar projects across Canada.
The candidate will contribute to structuring estimation practices and supporting the team of electrical estimators.
This role is based in our Lévis, Quebec office, in hybrid work model.

RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES
• Coordinate electrical estimates for various projects;
• Contribute to the development of bid strategies to ensure competitiveness and profitability;
• Analyze plans, specifications, addenda, and contractual documents to identify risks and opportunities;
• Oversee the entire estimation process, including:
o Tendering to suppliers and subcontractors
o Analysis of received bids
