Job Description
Summary
Acts as the assistant manager supporting daily boutique operations and the sales team to deliver exceptional customer service and drive sales. Responsible for opening and closing the store, coaching and developing sales advisors, managing merchandise and inventory, and ensuring compliance with store policies and procedures. Works with the Boutique Manager to set and monitor sales targets and maintain merchandising standards.
Responsibilities
- Support boutique performance by helping to increase sales, monitor conversion rates, and track daily sales metrics.
- Assist in opening and closing the boutique and ensure all security and cash-handling procedures are followed.
- Coach, train, schedule, and develop sales advisors; lead regular in-store meetings focused on performance, product knowledge, and merchandising.
