Assistant Bakery Team Lead - Bower Place

The Bakery Assistant Team Lead organizes, directs, controls, and evaluates the operations of the bakery department. You will supervise, coach, and coordinate the activities of Team Members who produce, portion, and serve various bakery products, and assure that all objectives and goals of the department and store, as communicated by the Market Manager, and leadership team, are met or exceeded. You will ensure a positive company image by providing legendary customer service and exceptional leadership!

Duties and Responsibilities:

•Assist in leading from scratch high volume production department.

• Estimate for approval and then place orders for ingredients and supplies.

• Monitor customer order summaries and completion to guarantee quality and accuracy.

• Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage.

• Assist and complete frequent inventory of department.

• Follow all standardized recipes without deviation.
