Assets Controller

Position Summary We are seeking an experienced Controller with a strong background in the automotive manufacturing industry to lead all accounting, financial reporting, budgeting, and internal control activities.
The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in cost accounting, financial analysis, compliance, and operational finance within a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
This role will partner closely with plant leadership and corporate finance teams to drive financial performance and support strategic business decisions.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and oversee all accounting and financial operations for the plant/business unit.
Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
Manage month-end and year-end closing processes in compliance with GAAP/IFRS and company policies.
Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis activities.
