Asset Manager (Ottawa)

We are seeking a Manager, Asset Management to oversee a national portfolio of multi‑residential properties. This role is responsible for driving asset‑level performance, executing business plans, and supporting capital allocation decisions across a portfolio of approximately 12,000–13,000 units.

This is an opportunity for a high‑performing real‑estate professional with 5‑7 years of experience to take on direct asset‑level accountability within an institutional investment platform. The successful candidate will play a key role in maximizing portfolio value through disciplined analysis, strategic execution, and close collaboration with operations and leadership teams.
