Asset Management Data Analyst 6-month Contract
Job Description
Reporting to the Manager of Public Works, this position is responsible for developing, monitoring, and reporting on key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics derived from work order systems. This role focuses on transforming operational data into actionable insights to support decision‑making, improve service delivery and enhance organizational performance. The position works closely with operational teams to ensure accurate data capture, meaningful reporting and continuous improvement of work order processes.
Key Duties and Responsibilities
- Develop, define and maintain KPIs and performance measures based on work order data and service activities
- Analyze work order trends, volumes, completion rates, response times and backlog metrics
