Assembly Quality Supervisor
Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Lead activities to meet customer requirements and IATF 16949 standards.
- Coordinate the plant’s quality and reliability team.
- Lead activities to improve quality metrics such as customer complaints and cost of poor quality.
- Carry out administrative reviews as scheduled.
- Attend meetings with the global quality management team.
- Attend customer meetings.
- Provide daily follow‑up on non‑conforming product inventories.
- Perform analyses for responses to quality issues and customer complaints.
- Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Quality. etc.
- +8 years of experience in manufacturing quality, automotive industry experience.
- Supervisory or team leadership experience required.
- English fluent.
