Customer Service Representative – Puerto Vallarta (On‑site, Bilingual)
This position is on‑site, fully bilingual, and requires you to live in Puerto Vallarta or the surrounding area. The role focuses on supporting attorneys and providing excellent customer service.
Key Responsibilities
- Support attorneys' administrative needs.
- Assist with legal documentation (non‑litigation).
- Schedule and confirm appointments for U.S. lawyers.
- Draft, proofread, file, and send legal documents.
- Provide updates to customers.
- Set and maintain appointments, and generate new leads.
Requirements
- Fluent in spoken and written English (C1 or higher).
- High‑school diploma or bachelor's degree.
- At least 6 months experience in a similar role.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Must be able to work on‑site in Puerto Vallarta or nearby.
