Job Description
Position: Asesor Regional Servicio y Service Plus (Full time, onsite, Cuajimalpa de Morelos, CDMX)
Responsibilities- Diligent adherence to maintenance program meetings with clients, ensuring timely and accurate agreement fulfillment.
- Monitor monthly km fleet statistics per operation plan, establishing actions to maintain or increase policy billing.
- Identify and implement operational process improvements, ensuring compliance with the maintenance plan for the fleet.
- Provide technical support for new product introductions, train workshop staff on processes and assist in critical failure diagnosis.
- Document product technical issues that arise in the field, keep clients informed and ensure proper resolution through ITP and PQF committee support.
- Ensure operational KPI compliance for workshops, maintaining consolidated operation summaries and mapping policy particularities.
