Job Description

RESPONSABILIDADES
  • Answer and manage inbound calls to customers reporting new losses or existing claims.
  • Provide accurate information on policies, payments, billing, and claims status.
  • Document caller information in claims and billing systems.
  • Follow company procedures for handling customer inquiries and escalations.
REQUISITOS
  • Bilingual in Spanish and English; conversational proficiency in English.
  • Minimum secondary education completed.
  • Experience in call center, telecommunications, insurance or related customer service.
  • Age 18 or older; must reside in Tijuana or surrounding areas.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to work independently.
