Art Director

About the Role

Spier & Mackay is looking for an Art Director to own the visual execution of the brand. The brand world is fully defined — the visual language, the aesthetic brief, the target customer. Your job is to bring it to life with genuine craft and run the process that produces it consistently.

This role spans creative direction and production. You'll develop the shot list and direct the shoot, and you'll own the creative logistics that make it happen — casting, scouting, and vendor relationships.

You'll work directly with the founder and direct a stylist and photographer on set, ensuring everything that goes out under the Spier & Mackay name meets the brand standard.
