Armouring / Cabling Supervisor

PURPOSE

• Ensure efficient flow of production for the department
• Manage the machine operators according to production schedules
• Meet production objectives and ensure profit for the organization
• Technical support for Armouring and Cabling

AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITY

• Organize the flow of production, which includes the manning of the equipment, based on scheduled orders to ensure quality production and delivery reliability.
• Interact with other departments (Maintenance, Engineering, etc.) regarding the breakdown of equipment, process control problems and quality issues in a timely and efficient manner to minimize lost production time.
• Lead and support Nexans Excellence Way in the department
• Deal with customer or supplier product issues through corrective actions.
• Hire, discipline, terminate and identify training needs for machine operators in order to ensure that they are ...
