Job Description
Accountant – Buenos Aires, Argentina
The Accountant will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy, integrity, and timeliness of financial reporting and accounting activities for Buenos Aires, Argentina.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead month‑end, quarter‑end, and year‑end closing in accordance with local GAAP (NCIF).
- Maintain statutory accounting books and electronic ledgers required by National Customs and Super Sociedades.
- Ensure accurate reconciliation of accounts receivable, accounts payable, payroll, and social security accruals.
- Manage fixed assets and depreciation (NIIF/NCIF).
- Maintain banks, suspense, and clearing accounts.
- Prepare annual statutory financial statements, including notes, under NCIF.
- Prepare and submit monthly consolidation reports to HQ using Oracle GFS/FCCS within Day +5 deadline.
