Area Shift Manager, Last Mile Operations (Xico)

When you join Amazon as an Area Shift Manager, you will lead a large, diverse team to keep the area of the business on pace with demand. • Completed Bachelor’s Degree or 2+ years Amazon experience
• 2+ years experience in a role with similar responsibilities
• 1+ year direct management experience for employees and their performance
• English Intermediate‑Advanced (B2+) and fluent in Spanish, written and verbal
• MBA or similar
• Experience using Lean manufacturing methodologies
• Previous experience in Project Management
