We're looking for a dynamic Area Lead to join our Zambia team. You'll play a key role in empowering and supporting our agents on the ground, helping them succeed while expanding Mukuru's presence across the Copperbelt region.

What You'll Do

As the Area Lead, you'll be the heartbeat of Mukuru's operations in your area — supporting, coaching, and leading our agent network to deliver exceptional results.



You will:

+ Oversee agent performance and regional sales targets.

+ Support, motivate, and guide team leaders and field agents to achieve growth goals.

+ Scout, evaluate, and launch new agent locations and booths.
