Responsibilities
Strategic Leadership : Define and execute regional business strategies aligned to national priorities, ensuring consistent delivery of growth objectives and operational excellence. Contribute to the development of business initiatives and support implementation across the area.
Business Performance & Profitability Management : Own area performance across growth, profitability, and credit quality metrics. Drive business development from both internal and external sources to achieve short and long-term financial objectives while maintaining strong portfolio quality.
People Leadership : Lead, coach, and develop a team of District Managers to build a strong leadership pipeline across the region. Oversee all people management activities including hiring, performance management, development, and engagement, while fostering a culture of accountability and results.
