Architecture Lead (m/f/x)

Role Overview

As an Architecture Lead with Kyndryl, you will build a group‑wide architecture function from scratch and define the reference architecture and target‑state architecture principles for the consolidated client’s infrastructure. You will chair the architecture review board, arbitrate design decisions across solos, and ensure alignment between architecture, the data centre consolidation approach, and the sourcing strategy. You will own architecture governance, standards, exception handling, and deliver a comprehensive target architecture blueprint covering compute, storage, network, virtualization, and security zones. Your work will also include defining architecture principles and ADRs, creating a migration pattern catalogue (lift‑shift, re‑platform, retire, retain), providing solution architecture sign‑offs for each migration wave, and contributing to business case development.
