Qualifications
- Degree in Architecture or equivalent
- Manage full cycle of project development from conceptual & schematic design and formation to detail design and Construction drawing review
- Act as focal point of contact to coordinate with various professionals of multiple disciplines throughout the project cycle
- Formulate building designs and outline detailed drawings
- Liaise with construction professionals in examining the feasibility of potential projects
- Prepare and present reports, proposals, applications and contracts
Qualifications
- Preferably HKIA registered, with background as a BIM Manager or advanced BIM modelling skills.
- More than 10 years of working experience with solid hands-on BIM project experience
- Have a strong design capability and clear understanding of design and implementing a design ethos
- Strong skills in parametric modelling is an advantage
