Engage youth this summer as an Archery Program Lead with YMCA across the GTA. Deliver dynamic, high-quality archery programming while supporting camp staff and ensuring safety and organization.
This seasonal contract role starts on June 1, 2026, and requires planning and delivering archery activities aligned with skill progression standards. As the Archery Program Lead, you'll guide Camp Counsellors, maintain equipment, and actively participate in staff training. Your leadership will foster a safe and engaging environment for all campers while you monitor safety protocols and uphold YMCA values.
