Job Description
Revenue Operations is hiring a Financial Systems Manager in the Accounts Receivable finance department. The role is focused on providing dedicated technical support to critical business functions and delivering industry‑leading financial solutions.
Responsibilities
Systems Management
- Manage the configuration, customization, and maintenance of Revenue Operations systems.
- System bug triage, business process support, technical advisory, business requirements gathering, SOX controls.
- Provide expert level technical support, address user issues, troubleshoot problems, and ensure timely resolution of system‑related incidents.
- Identify areas of improvement to increase process efficiencies and data integrity; provide solutions in accordance with industry best practices and company policy.
- Conduct key performance indicator (KPI) analysis and provide operational reporting to leadership.
