In this full-time role, you will apply your credit and collections experience to oversee a portfolio of accounts. You will be responsible for contact with customers, addressing overdue balances, and managing disputes professionally. Further, you will collaborate with various teams to enhance the efficiency of the AR function.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage collections for assigned customer accounts
• Prepare customer statements and monitor disputes
• Reconcile accounts and investigate discrepancies
• Drive actions for improved DSO and financial metrics
• Support the onboarding and credit review of new customers
Requirements:
• 3-5 years of accounts receivable experience
