Join Aprio's Business Operations - Finance team and you will help clients maximize their opportunities. Aprio is a progressive, fast-growing firm looking for a Finance & Billing Specialist to join their dynamic team.
The Finance & Billing Specialist will partner with Billing Analysts in drafting invoices from digital documents, reviewing invoices for accuracy and adherence to company policy, and sending invoices for final review and approval. In addition this position will process new client data into various systems, update client data as needed and off-board clients from company software.
Responsibilities
- Draft client invoices
- Receive, review, and validate requests for updates to client data.
- Maintain data integrity by identifying and correcting errors.
- Manage new office/M&A job requests, data corrections and updates in a timely fashion.
