Applied AI & Operations Associate

Scientika Core Strategy is a boutique consulting firm based in Mexico City, working with international institutions on complex strategic projects; tenders, economic diplomacy, publications, and intelligence dossiers. Our entire workflow runs on an internal infrastructure of Claude skills and AI automations we build ourselves.

We are hiring an Applied AI & Operations Associate, a recent graduate who combines two uncommon traits: real fluency with AI tools , and a high-functioning operational mind .

You will work directly with the director, turning broad direction into shipped deliverables. This is not back-office support. It is the operational lever that lets the firm work on top-tier projects without losing velocity.
