Responsibilities

• Demand Management and Business Relationship Management: Gather, clarify, and validate requirements with relevant departments, prioritize by value, urgency, and risk, and manage a cross‑functional backlog with ongoing monitoring and communication.
• End‑to‑End Solution Design (SAP + Apps): Translate needs into comprehensive functional solutions, ensuring consistency throughout the entire process and proper interaction between SAP and satellite applications (data, rules, and integrations).
