Job Description
Utilize your clinical expertise as an Applications Analyst at Mackenzie Health, focusing on Epic Grand Central. You will enhance EMR systems and engage with various stakeholders to ensure smooth operations.
Reporting to the Manager of Clinical Informatics, this role combines clinical knowledge with analytical skills to support the EMR across all Mackenzie Health sites. You will work closely with teams in Bed Allocation, Patient Flow, and patient services to provide user support, troubleshoot system issues, and implement enhancements aligned with business needs.

• Participate in on-call support and system upgrades
• Maintain training environments and develop curriculums
• Document policies and act as liaison with end users
