We at Grundfos Canada are looking for a bilingual (English & French) Application Specialist/Engineer to join our CSSC (Customer Sales Support Centre) team and handle our CBS (Commercial Building Services) customers.
Responsibilities
Provide commercial and technical assistance to customers through various channels (telephone, e‑mail, live chat, instant messaging, face‑to‑face) regarding product sizing, applications, system solutions, accessories, installations, prices, etc., to ensure the solution’s effectiveness.
Support sales teams by handling tenders and projects, including providing dimensions, specifications, calculations, delivery times, and solutions for operation and maintenance issues.
Manage, coordinate, and administer low‑medium complexity project and service proposals from bid/no‑bid approval through submission to the client, including negotiations with the relevant manager/director.
