Key Responsibilities
- Focus on customers with low Orthopaedics usage, identify gaps, and drive adoption through training, workflow optimization, and ongoing follow-up.
- Use reporting tools and system data to identify underperforming sites and take action to improve outcomes.
- Own customer engagement, working proactively with sites to increase adoption and overall usage.
- Collaborate with multiple Sectra teams to plan successful go-lives and conduct effective training.
