Job Description
Ensure data integrity in the Application Portfolio Management system as a Data Steward. This position emphasizes accuracy, compliance, and strong governance practices within ServiceNow.
As the APM Data Steward, your primary responsibilities involve maintaining accurate and complete application records, making sure they meet enterprise standards. You will validate change requests, coordinate with different teams, and generate data quality reports. By engaging with stakeholders, you will offer support for audits and ensure adherence to regulations surrounding technology asset management.
Key Responsibilities:
• Maintain and oversee application records in APM
• Validate new, updated, or decommissioned application requests
• Address data issues such as duplicates or inconsistencies
• Liaise between Application Owners and governance teams
• Generate dashboards for tracking data quality
