- Plan and execute comprehensive healthcare innovation and accelerator programmes, coordinating workshops, pilot studies, demo days, and networking events that bring together diverse stakeholders in the healthcare innovation ecosystem
- Support inspired products as they prepare for overseas market entry by coordinating with regional partners, navigating regulatory considerations, and establishing market groundwork
- Facilitate external startups and companies as they engage for clinical test-bedding, pilot studies, and validation activities prior to broader regional expansion
