• Adult (80%) / Trauma (20%) case mix
• Level 1 Trauma Center
• 60 surgical cases per day
  • 50% General
  • 10% Neuro
  • 20% Complex Vascular
  • 20% Complex Orthopedic
• 22 Operating Rooms
• EMR: Epic (Hospital & Surgical Center)

• 55 Anesthesiologists
• 30 CRNAs
• Care team model with physician supervision
• Supervision required 40% of time (CRNAs/AAs, up to 3 at a time)
• Other anesthesiologists always onsite
