We are seeking Analytical Service Officer (ASO) to join us on a casual basis from June 2026 .
The Analytical Service Officer is responsible for client liaising for sample receipt, discrepancies, daily scheduling of the analytical service and registration teams and all related processes. The Analytical Service Officer will also ensure efficient day to day operations of the analytical service and registration teams, including daily allocation of duties, meeting agreed turnaround times (TAT), and will have direct participation in meeting quality and efficiency standards and meeting objectives as directed by Analytical Service Manager and the Business Unit Manager.
Responsibilities for this role include but are not limited to:
Act as the primary liaison for client sample receipt, proactively managing enquiries and communicating sample discrepancies, validation requirements, and status updates to clients, internal stakeholders...
