We are seeking a Senior Workday HRIS Analyst with 6+ years of hands‑on experience configuring the Workday Compensation and Payroll modules to join our People Technology team. In this role, you will serve as the senior subject‑matter expert and key owner of Workday configuration, optimisation, and ongoing support, with a strong focus on enabling scalable, compliant and globally aligned processes. This is a hybrid position based in our Montreal office.
What you’ll be doing
- Serve as the senior functional and technical owner for Workday Compensation (including Advanced Compensation) and Payroll, ensuring solutions are scalable, compliant, and aligned with business needs.
- Lead the design, configuration, enhancement, and ongoing support of compensation and payroll processes, balancing user experience, operational efficiency, auditability, and control.
