The CM Canadian Regulatory Services group is responsible for ensuring the ever changing regulatory reporting requirements imposed by various global Regulators for OTC Derivatives are successfully implemented and executed.

The CM Canadian Regulatory Services group is responsible for ensuring the ever changing regulatory reporting requirements imposed by various global Regulators for OTC Derivatives are successfully implemented and executed. This role is responsible for ensuring compliance with the trade reporting regulations including but not limited to CFTC, CSA and SEC for OTC Derivatives trading. The role will involve daily reconciliations, exception monitoring, portfolio reconciliation, investigation, issue management and MI reporting. This role also supports Regulatory Swap Surveillance Post Trade Exceptions including but not limited to CFTC, EMIR, FCA, CSA regulatory regimes and Clearing, SEF Trade Execution, and Bus...
