Analyst, Portfolio Management

Support and help oversee the day-to-day maintenance and operation of the firm’s portfolio management platform used by registered portfolio managers. Help ensure the platform remains accurate, organized, and ready for advisors to use when building models, opening accounts, rebalancing portfolios, and generating trades. The platform is complex and learning it deeply is a core part of the role.

**Position Responsibilities:**

+ Maintain and update portfolio management system data and settings
+ Assist with the creation, review, and maintenance of account linkages to the custody system
+ Monitor the platform for data issues, missing information, or inconsistencies and investigate/resolve them
+ Support ongoing maintenance of households and investment groups
+ Identify and escalate issues related to security data, account holdings, or trading restrictions
