- Bachelor's degree in Marketing or related fields.
- +3 years of experience in the field, the sports industry, or consumer goods is a plus.
- Proven experience with media agencies.
- Advanced English proficiency.
- Self-driven with the ability to work autonomously.
- High attention to detail, strong task follow-up, and a sense of urgency.
- Strong self-motivation and data analysis skills.
- Knowledge and experience in Digital Marketing and Paid Media ON & OFF- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and digital marketing tools such as Programmatic, Paid Social Media (Facebook, Business Manager), and Google Ads.
- Analyze integrated plans aligned with the allocated budget for key product launches within each business unit, as well as PUMA's overall strategy for Media and Social Media.
