Analyst - Operational Reporting Enablement

Allstate Canada Group is currently transforming its data environment with the implementation of new policy, claims, and billing systems while supporting legacy platforms. We are expanding our team and looking to hire an Analyst – Operational Reporting Enablement to support business plans and results through data acquisition, investigation, manipulation, and analysis.

Reporting to the Manager, Operational Reporting Enablement, the Analyst will provide technical expertise to support internal and external stakeholders with accurate, traceable, and auditable data and analytics for ongoing, ad‑hoc, and go‑live reporting needs. The role requires a deep understanding of the data structure, business implications, and regulatory reporting outcomes, and encourages creative solutions, process improvement, and data quality enhancement.
