Salary Range: $80,000.00 To $95,000.00 Annually

CBP Capital is the investment and capital platform of Colonnade BridgePort, focused on sourcing, structuring, and managing real estate investments across a diverse portfolio of development and income‑producing assets.

We are looking for a curious and driven Analyst to join our growing Investment Management team. Reporting to the Vice President, Investment Management, you will play a hands‑on role across real estate investment, development, and capital markets, supporting the evaluation, structuring, and execution of investment opportunities.

In this role, you will gain hands‑on experience across the full investment lifecycle, including market research, financial modeling, underwriting, deal execution, and performance monitoring and reporting.
