Job Description
Position Summary:
We are looking for a highly motivated Supply Planning Analyst to join our dynamic team. This role is critical in ensuring optimal production planning, inventory management, and cross-functional collaboration to deliver service, cost, and efficiency objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead production planning and finite scheduling in close coordination with the plant team to ensure timely and efficient delivery of finished goods.
Monitor finished goods (FG) inventory levels, proactively identify risks to Case Fill Rate (CFR), conduct root cause analysis (RCA), and implement corrective actions to maintain CFR at 98% or higher.
Proactively highlight supply-related issues and collaborate with Business Units, Demand Planning, Plant Operations, and Logistics teams to drive resolutions and ensure operational excellence.
