Job Description
Quanteam seeks a Capital Markets Analyst to lead strategic projects for the AMER region, working in a hybrid setup. Your role involves managing business requirements and driving tactical and strategic solutions.
You will be the central Business Analyst for the AMER Global Markets business, responsible for understanding securities processing functions and working closely with diverse stakeholders. Your collaboration with development teams ensures the accurate translation of business needs into actionable specifications.
Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee project requests and liaise with business lines
• Analyze securities processing requirements for equity and fixed income
• Develop and manage user testing and workshop solutions
• Assist in project architecture aligned with IS strategy
• Document testing results and define acceptance criteria
Requirements:
• 5+ years’ experience in business analysis
• Background in investment banking with securities products
