Analyst - Environmental & Social Management (m/f/d)

Key Responsibilities

• Contribute to the continuous improvement of the company’s Environmental and Social Management Systems (ESMS).
• Work primarily on funds focused on Latin America and the Caribbean, supporting Finance in Motion’s investment teams to execute the company’s approach to E&S risk management through the investment cycle. Most investments target financial intermediaries such as banks, microfinance institutions and leasing companies, while a growing share target businesses, corporates and renewable energy projects.
• E&S screening of prospective investments against the funds’ eligibility criteria.
• Plan and conduct in‑depth E&S due diligence, focusing on investee management policies, practices and capacities.
• Negotiate value‑adding E&S action plans with investees.
• Write E&S memoranda to support investment proposals and advise decision makers.
