Analyst, Corporate Strategic Initiatives
The Corporate Strategic Initiatives (“CSI”) group is responsible for leading and supporting various corporate initiatives and other initiatives involving any of MCAP’s lines of business. Specifically, our mandate includes the following key areas: 1) new initiatives which may include mergers & acquisitions, developing new lending programs and sourcing capital, 2) market research and economic outlooks, 3) government relations and 4) corporate relationship management as it pertains to MCAP’s sub‑servicing clients.
This position will be responsible for assisting the Director, CSI with such initiatives. The Analyst will be responsible for assistance in the preparation of business cases and related term sheets, quantitative analysis (i.e. cash flow modeling/ projections) and presentations.
