Overview
The Specialist role is a regional account management role for the Latin America and Caribbean (LAC) division. As a Specialist within the Fintech, Digital Partnerships and Commerce team, you will be responsible for managing a defined portfolio of strategic accounts, with a focus on retaining, expanding, and growing existing business by identifying opportunities to sell additional Mastercard products and services.
In this role, you will act as a trusted partner to your accounts, working closely with customers to understand their business priorities and help digitize and optimize payment flows using Mastercard’s solutions (cards, VCN, disbursements, cross‑border payments, data, and value‑added services). In addition to managing existing relationships, you may also explore and develop new opportunities with select new accounts across LATAM, in alignment with regional growth priorities.
