Responsibilities
- Analyze opportunities in the area, develop, monitor or address improvement projects when necessary;
- Develop alongside management productivity and quality delivery improvements;
- Report internal and external areas on performance of the area, clarifying discrepancies and deviations and pointing actions to be taken;
- Monitor the CIA processes evaluating impacts with operations and generating inputs for possible corrective actions;
- Address operational impacts by feeding back to business areas to seek improvements;
- Prepare presentations for management related to impacts and opportunities identified in the area;
- Ensure operationalization of controls stipulated by management;
- When necessary, attend meetings with managers and internal CIA areas;
- Interface with internal and external areas;
