Financial Control is responsible for directing the organization's financial control and areas of focus include Financial reporting on accounting.
• Developing and maintaining planning and budgeting systems, the preparation of financial and management reports and procedures, and the presentation of findings and specific recommendations to senior management
• Analyzing and interpreting trends requiring management's attention
• Duties may also include training and managing other accounting staff.
A Senior Specialist applies advanced knowledge of job area typically obtained through advanced education and work experience. Responsibilities may include: • Managing projects / processes, working independently with limited supervision. • Coaching and reviewing the work of lower level professionals. • Problems faced are difficult and sometimes complex.
