Job Description
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinates with appropriate internal (Purchasing, R&D, AP, PC, Finance MFG) and external parties (Suppliers) to facilitate the proper strategy on a regional and local basis.
- Ensures BP and Forecasting Accuracy for purchasing economics.
- Accounting and reporting for purchasing performance monthly result.
- Internal and External Audit requirements.
- Close review and analysis on negotiations driven by functional across key pillars (Cost Reduction activities, Raw Material Guidelines, FX, etc.) to guarantee consistency with budget.
- Ensure Accounting Integrity.
- Ensure and track new models and projects according to budget.
- Purchasing Result reconciliation between finance purchasing and Function.
- GCS Report elaboration (Account report).
- Budget and Forecast elaboration.
- BOP Intercompany prices explanations and tracking (VT price).
