Responsibilities
- Execute and support the company's IT technical support, including user service, desktop maintenance, account and access management, network, basic IT services and meeting system services, contributing to the stability of daily operations.
- Actively participate in information system projects, such as SAP, including planning, schedule tracking, alignment of internal demands and monitoring of delivery from external suppliers.
- Operate and maintain systems such as SAP on a daily basis, including access management, process optimization, data validation, troubleshooting and implementation of solutions.
- Serve and forward IT demands of various departments, promoting integration between business areas and information systems.
