Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate and oversee projects from initiation to closure at the managerial level.
• Establish and sustain project governance, ensuring clear roles, communication flows, monitoring rituals, and executive visibility.
• Manage scope, milestones, key deliveries, risks, dependencies, quality, change, acceptance criteria, and stakeholder engagement at a macro level.
• Document decisions, actions, pending items, and responsibilities to ensure traceability and institutional security.
